How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at any point before the pharmacy fills the prescriptions.
Doctor’s Copay/Consultation and Visit Charges
Please note that consultation fees and all charges related to your visit are non-refundable.
A non-refundable $40 doctor’s copay is applied once prescriptions are written. However, customers have the option to receive store credit in the form of a gift card, in which case the $40 fee will not be deducted. If you have any questions please reach out to customer service at answers@jase.com
