Will the prescribing physician contact me?

Some states require a video consultation(Kansas, New Mexico, and West Virginia) with the physician. If you live in one of these states, once you place an order, you will be sent an email with instructions to set up an appointment. Otherwise we operate on an asynchronous platform which means you will not need to have a direct consultation with the physician.  If you have questions you would like answers to, there is a spot on the intake form for them, you can also reach out to our support team at answers@jase.com. Generally, if there are no allergies, medicine contraindications, or major health issues, the form will provide the physician with enough information to process your order. If you don’t hear anything, it means the physician did not have any questions and your order was processed successfully.
